~/.xinitrc: Save energy by updating only every 30 seconds

This makes my system a *lot* quieter.  Like really a lot, lot, lot
quieter, it really surprised me how much of a difference this made.
Apparently NetworkManager needs a lot of cpu to tell me if it is
connected every second.  Didn't know that, know now.

The only downside is that I need to wait 30 second after waking up from
suspending...
